A Happy New Year!
It is generally celebrated for the first three days for "Shotatsu" in Japan. It's called "Shogatsu Yasumi" between the 29th of December and the 3rd or 4th of January. Many people who live away from their families return home to spend this time with their families or go to travel with families or friends.
I went snowboarding with my friends at Grandeco resort in Fukushima.
They have enough snow now. It's good place to go skiing or snowboarding.
It's been beautiful days and not so crowded. We had a lot of fun there.
